Meals can be provided at a cost and if it fits within our time frame of the tour. All options can be pre-arranged and customized just ask!

15. Is there a minimum age requirement for the tours?
Yes, participants must be of legal drinking age to join our tours involving alcohol tastings. Please refer to the specific tour details for age restrictions.

16. How Long are your wine/beer tours?
Half day wine tours run from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM (4 hours). Our sunset wine/beer tours run from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (5 hours)
Please note, guests with pick up locations outside of our normal pickup range or for those guests departing out of Kelowna on our southern tours including the Naramata Bench, Oliver and Osoyoos will have customized itineraries. Please expect pick up to be earlier than indicated above. Our reservations team will reach out to confirm your customized pick up time.

Your wine tour guide will conveniently pick you up from your accommodation in a brand-new, air-conditioned touring vehicle, ready to lead you through the most breathtaking wineries in the Okanagan Valley.
Our full-day wine tours encompass visits to 5 handpicked wineries, complete with tastings, and a delightful lunch reservation at a winery bistro in the middle of your day. If time is of the essence, our half-day tours, departing both in the morning and afternoon, cover tastings and visits to 4 esteemed wineries.
Each winery experience is carefully tailored by our reservations team, ensuring dedicated appointments and VIP access for our guests—no waiting in lines!
Your tour package includes comprehensive concierge service by your guide, from capturing countless photos to managing all your wine purchases. Whether it's arranging reservations at local restaurants or entertainment venues or facilitating the shipping of your selected wines, we've got it covered. Moreover, our guides boast extensive knowledge of Kelowna and the Okanagan, offering insights into fascinating areas and recommendations to enhance your overall stay.

18. Can I bring my child / children?
Our public wine tours cater to adults aged 19 and above, ensuring an environment tailored to an adult experience. However, we do consider accommodating children on private tours, available from Sunday to Wednesday. To arrange a private tour for families, please contact our office at 855-753-1996.

19. What if it is raining?
Absolutely! Our Kelowna wine tours go ahead regardless of the weather. During the summer, wine tastings typically take place outdoors, while in the shoulder season, they're held indoors. If it rains or the weather turns unfavourable in summer, the wineries will shift your tasting indoors or under covered patios. Rainy days make for a fantastic touring experience.

Unfortunately, our public tour schedules are designed around the availability of wineries, breweries, and restaurants to ensure the most fulfilling experience during your wine tour. However, for private tours, there might be flexibility in arranging custom start or end times based on availability. 21. What is the largest group size you can accommodate?
Absolutely! We cater to large groups and provide bus transportation for larger gatherings. You can easily reserve tours online year-round, and our live availability is constantly updated. Our offerings include not just Kelowna wine tours but also experiences in Penticton, Oliver, Osoyoos, and the Naramata Bench, perfect for groups ranging from 2 to 14 guests. Our extensive fleet of 12 wine tour vans allows us to accommodate group sizes of up to 140 people.

What Is Capacity for Ski Shuttle?
1 set of skis, snowshoes, or snowboard, pair of ski boots, and one carry-on bag Per Person. Maximum luggage allowance is 2 pieces per person (some restrictions apply). Additional luggage is $10 per piece. 2 Trips Maybe Needed.
